Scitec Nutrition UK is an independent third-party reseller and distributor of Scitec Nutrition® branded products within the United Kingdom. MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED is not the manufacturer of the products sold through this website and is not owned, operated, controlled by, or officially affiliated with Scitec Nutrition or any of its affiliated companies.

References to “Scitec Nutrition” on this website relate solely to the Scitec Nutrition® brand and products that we offer for sale. When you place an order through this website, your purchase is made from MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED, and your contract is with MIK INDUSTRIES LIMITED, not with Scitec Nutrition or any of its international affiliates.

1. Your Statutory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

You may have additional legal rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or non-conforming products.


2. 90-Day Return Guarantee

In addition to your statutory rights, we offer a voluntary 90-Day Return Guarantee.

You may request a return within 90 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused;
  • The item remains sealed where applicable;
  • The item is returned in its original packaging;
  • The item is returned in substantially the same condition in which it was received.

Returns that show signs of use, damage, contamination, tampering, or excessive handling may be refused under this voluntary guarantee.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or defective products.


3. Right to Cancel Online Orders

If you are purchasing as a consumer, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the cancellation period.

You may inspect goods as you would in a physical retail store. However, deductions from any refund may be made where goods have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

Certain products may be exempt from cancellation rights where permitted by law, including sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

5. Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity with the contract, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service when returning products.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.


6. Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

Where a refund is approved, payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds are generally processed within 14 days of:

  • Receiving the returned goods; or
  • Receiving satisfactory evidence that the goods have been returned.

We reserve the right to reduce a refund where goods have been returned in a condition that exceeds reasonable handling.


7. Exchanges

We only replace products that are:

  • Faulty;
  • Damaged in transit; or
  • Incorrectly supplied.

To request an exchange, please contact info@scitecnutrition.uk and provide photographs where appropriate.

If a replacement product is unavailable, we may offer a refund instead.


8. Order Cancellations Before Dispatch

If you wish to cancel or amend an order before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped once processing has begun.

If an order has already been dispatched, you may still have cancellation rights under Section 3 of this policy.


9. Lost, Missing, or Damaged Deliveries

If your order has not arrived, arrives damaged, or appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us promptly.

We will investigate delivery issues with the relevant courier.

Where applicable and following investigation, we may provide:

  • A replacement product;
  • A refund; or
  • Another appropriate resolution.

Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.


10. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

Where a claim is validated, we will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include:

Reasonable return postage costs for approved faulty-item claims will be reimbursed.


11. Products Not Eligible for Return

The following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty or otherwise required by law:

  • Opened or unsealed products where health protection or hygiene exemptions apply;
  • Products damaged after delivery due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage;
  • Gift cards;
  • Promotional or complimentary items;
